this is my 2nd "bebii neko" design. the concept is pretty much the same with the character in this case a woman with the 'iconic' whiskers.

i tried to colour this in but it didnt turn out too well so i decided to keep it as a line drawing. this is only partial finished but i thought it looks ok enough to post up here.
